Where is the Athletic Ticketing Office located?

The Athletic Ticketing Office is located at 103 Bartels Hall, 554 Campus Rd. There are several 10-minute parking spots directly in front of Bartels Hall, as well as a ParkMobile lot adjacent to Bartels Hall.

Where should I park for Cornell Athletic events?

Parking availability varies depending on the day of the week and season. Please abide by all posted signs for parking regulations. Parking announcements and links to purchasing permits can be found on the Parking page.

How do I get around campus?

For GPS directions to points on campus, please use the following addresses:

Please note that concession stands at all ticketed events will be cashless. Payment options include: Credit Card, Apple Pay, BRBs, Cornell Card, Meal Choice.

How can I purchase tickets?

To purchase online, please create an account with bigredtix.com. For all Cornell-hosted events, you can choose E-tickets or mobile tickets (digitally scanned from mobile device). E-tickets can either be printed at home or scanned directly from your mobile device. Tickets are available for purchase on game days at the Schoellkopf entrances (Football/Lacrosse) or the Athletic Ticketing Office in Bartels Hall.

What Cornell Athletics sports are ticketed?

The following home-hosted sport contests are ticketed:

Please note that most home-hosted post season competitions, regardless of the sport, is also tickets. This includes, but is not limited to conference championships, NCAA tournament rounds, etc.

Where can I pick up Will Call tickets or Player/Family comp tickets?
  • BASKETBALL & HOCKEY: Will Call for pre-paid tickets can be picked up/signed for at the Athletic Ticketing Office. Player/family comp tickets will be sent electronically via email. Reprinted tickets will need to be signed for at the Athletic Ticketing Office. Please have photo ID available for will call and comp tickets.  
  • WRESTLING: If not claimed prior to the day of the match, Will Call for pre-paid tickets can be picked up/signed for at Friedman Wrestling Center. Player/family comp tickets will be sent electronically via email. Reprinted tickets will need to be signed for at the Friedman Wrestling Center. Please have photo ID available for will call and comp tickets.
  • FOOTBALL: Will call for pre-paid tickets and player/family comp tickets can be picked up/signed for at the Gate 5 entrance to Schoellkopf Field. Please have photo ID available for will call and comp tickets.  
  • MEN’S LACROSSE: Will call for pre-paid tickets and player/family comp tickets can be picked up/signed for at the red ticket booth located outside of the Gate 3 entrance to Schoellkopf Field. Please have photo ID available for will call and comp tickets.
What are the ticket buyer user types?

For most Cornell Athletics home events, the ticket types are: Adult, Cornell Faculty/Staff, Cornell Students, Seniors (age 62+) and Children (under 12-years-old).

Accessibility

Cornell Athletics is happy to assist those with accessibility needs and has designated mobility impaired parking and seating for all events. For more information and assistance, please contact the Cornell Athletic Ticketing Office.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside Cornell Athletics venues.  

Animals

Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with assistance needs are allowed at all Cornell Athletics facilities. Permitted animals must remain leashed at all times, including at tailgate events.

Banners and Signs

Signs and banners are allowed, however they may not be hung from fencing or obstruct anyone’s view.  They also cannot be commercial or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held. Signs or flags on sticks/poles are not allowed.  

Cameras

Cameras are allowed, however flash photography is not permitted. Camcorders and other video devices as well as tripods are also not permitted.  

Cellular Phones

The use of cell phones is permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game.

Children

Children 2 years of age and under are not required to have a ticket for admission to men’s ice hockey in Lynah Rink, provided they sit on an adult’s lap.  For all other ticketed events, children 5 years of age and under are not required to have a ticket for admission.  

Drug Use / Smoking / Tobacco Use

Drug use, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and tobacco use in any form are prohibited in all Cornell Athletics facilities. Violations will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.

Exit and Re-entry

Re-entry is allowed for Cornell Athletics events – guests must show their ticket stub/e-ticket and hand stamp to re-enter.  

Field Access

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field during Cornell Athletics events.  

Gate Opening

Unless otherwise stated, gates open one hour prior to the start of all Cornell Athletics events.  

Lost and Found

The lost and found is located in the Athletic Ticketing Office in Bartels Hall, as well the ground floor of Barton Hall (Cornell Police).Cornell Police Lost and Found can be reached by calling: 607-255-7197 or by emailing [email protected].  

Outside Food and Beverages

Sealed plastic bottles containing water are allowed in the some of the stadium/arenas. Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, cans, thermoses, ice chests and coolers are prohibited. In addition, Cornell reserves the right to restrict any outside food or beverages.

Police and Security

Cornell University Police officers may be stationed at Cornell Athletics events. In the event of an emergency, call 607-255-1111 to reach Cornell University Police, or call 911.  

Spectator Conduct

Cornell and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, or discriminatory comments on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, race, national origin, religion, military status, disability status or any other characteristic or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. The use of artificial noisemakers is prohibited. Also, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is prohibited.

Tickets

Your tickets to Cornell Athletics events are revocable contracts. If the holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, staff or other patrons, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises or disallow entry.  

All tickets are subject to availability and all sales are final. Except in the case of event cancellation, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  

In the case of event cancellation or postponement, purchaser may contact the Cornell Athletic Ticketing Office to inquire about possible refunds or exchanges. Authorized refunds/exchanges may only be available for a limited time and ticket stubs/sales receipts may be required in order to receive the refund/exchange. Tickets to events that are played, even in the case of inclement weather, are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Unless indicated otherwise, ticket prices include all applicable taxes.
